Warranty Policy

Remanufactured Transfer Belts are covered under warranty for 90 days following the invoice date. All other LPT remanufactured parts are covered under warranty for 12 months following the invoice date (or one duty cycle, with fusers and maintenance kits only, whichever comes first).*

OEM and New Aftermarket Parts Warranty

All OEM and New Aftermarket parts are covered under warranty by LPT for 90 days following the invoice date.

Aftermarket Toner Warranty

All Aftermarket toner cartridges are covered under warranty by LPT for 12 months following the invoice date.

Return Policy

• All shipping claims must be made within 5 days of receipt.
• Returned items subject to $10 restocking fee.
• All returns must have written RMA.
• All exchange cores must be returned within 30 days.
