Wayne Tougas, who is in his 16th year in the printer parts industry, offers clients a relationship they can rely upon. "I'm a part of my customer's business as much as any employee on their payroll and I never lose sight of that."

Wayne appreciates LPT's "Back to Basics" approach. "We are here to help customers grow their business not only with price and quality parts but with the individual service required," Wayne says. "We as reps have the ability to really be part of their success. For example, I was approached by a business that had an existing contract to provide parts nationally. They had specific needs for pricing, quality, delivery times, core returns and freight costs. The incumbent supplier had several years with the contract but the need for change was there. LPT has met and exceeded the client's expectations since becoming the primary supplier."

Wayne says it is wise to consider how a supplier avoids problems as well as how it handles them when they occur. "LPT tests all its remanufactured fusers and relies on OEM sleeves to greatly reduce problems. LPT also has the experience and depth of knowledge to fix problems immediately."
