The fourth employee of industry pioneer Parts Now, Robert Reinke has produced promotional materials since 1989, the same year he graduated from the University of Wis. with a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism. He created the first educational newsletter for the laser printer industry, Service Today, in 1992. Today, as Liberty Parts Team Creative Director, he edits the quarterly journal Service Edge, the company's monthly technical postcards, and other printed promotional material. He is also the designer of this site, and the creator of The Best Quick Reference Guide.
