"We at LPT are in tune with the printer tech," says CEO David K. Reinke. "Computer service organizations prefer LPT printer parts because we are tech-friendly and offer a boutique experience. They also appreciate our innovations and the quality of our products. We put over 10,000 HP fusers a month into the marketplace, and every one we remanufacture gets tested."

Reinke enjoyed a successful career in the automobile industry before he took a job in 1987 at a company that manufactured printer fuser rollers. Seeing an unexplored niche, he created Parts Now, Inc. to help provide less expensive parts to service companies. As Parts Now CEO (1989-99), Reinke introduced printer repair training and monthly tech bulletins to increase client knowledge and profitability. He also emphasized strong sales-client relationships, stringent quality control, and a happy work environment. These principles he still pursues today as CEO of Liberty Parts Team, Inc.

Reinke is also a real estate investor and an avid outdoorsman.
